Hannah had a playgroup during the summer with a group of girls from her class. Each week a mom and daughter would host a playgroup. I chose Hannah's actual birthday to host and celebrate her birthday at our neighborhood dance studio. It was so fun even though there were no boys (her favorite) at her party.

Hannah got to sit in the chair of honor to receive her birthday gifts. The giver sat in a chair beside her while she opened her gift. Very, very sweet with life lessons on how to be gracious and thankful, not to mention the excitement and pleasure the giver experiences seeing their friend open their gift!
